SICHA is currently accepting applications for the Section 8 rental assistance program for Adams, Boise, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Washington and Valley counties in Southwest Idaho.

SICHA has developed its agency plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The 1- and 5-year plan, attachments and support documents are available for review at the SICHA administrative office located at 377 Cornell St. Middleton, ID 83644 between the public business hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held at the SICHA administrative office in Middleton at the address mentioned previously on April 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. the public is invited to attend.
