Southwestern Idaho Cooperative Housing Authority (SICHA) provides rental assistance to qualified low income families in Adams, Boise, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Washington and Valley counties in Southwest Idaho. Note: The SICHA Office building in Middleton, ID will be closed beginning October 22, 2024, until further notice. We are remodeling, SICHA staff will be conducting business as usual via phone, email and fax. We shall be available during our normal business hours: Monday thru Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and available again from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
